Product delivery is free for orders over BGN 100 including VAT! For orders worth less than BGN 100 including VAT, the delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method, as well as the chosen courier!

The General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant for shopping on the website www.steelmagics.com remain applicable to the Campaign, and in the event of a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions for participation in the Campaign, the Terms and Conditions for participation in the Campaign will apply.

Delivery Information

1. Delivery is made by:

• courier company Econt Express - to an Econt office, vending machine or to an address specified by the user, with the delivery price calculated according to Econt tariffs automatically and at the expense of the recipient. Cash on delivery increases the cost of delivery. The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person to accept and pay for the ordered products (if they are cash on delivery). If the payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery is made after receipt of the transfer in the account of Trade Group-Bulgaria EOOD. If the customer (or a person authorized by him) cannot be found at the agreed delivery time and cannot be contacted by phone at the time of delivery, the shipment is returned to the courier's office until requested by the user.

Cash on delivery increases the cost of delivery. The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person to accept and pay for the ordered products (if they are cash on delivery). If the payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery is made after receipt of the transfer in the account of Trade Group-Bulgaria EOOD. If the customer (or a person authorized by him) cannot be found at the agreed delivery time and cannot be contacted by phone at the time of delivery, the shipment is returned to the courier's office until requested by the user.

2. If the user has hired another person to accept the shipment on his behalf, then he (the user who originally placed the order) has no right to object to the delivery and return of the shipment.

3. Trade Group-Bulgaria EOOD or a representative of the courier company undertakes to notify the user by phone or e-mail, if sudden circumstances occur, preventing the timely execution of the delivery.

4. Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays. The receipt from the courier serves instead of a receipt. If the "card" payment method is selected, a document for the order and payment is sent to the e-mail address specified by the User.

5. The term for completing and delivering the order is from 1 to 7 working days, depending on the availability and delivery to us by the manufacturer or importer of the given product.

6. All shipments are delivered with an option to view and test before payment. If the User refuses to accept the shipment, he is obliged to pay the costs of return delivery to the Supplier.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERED GOODS

1. The user can refuse ordered and delivered products in the following cases:

1.1. Visible inconsistency of the delivered product with the ordered one;

1.2. The goods suffered a defect during transport;

1.3. The delivery price does not correspond to the pre-agreed price;

1.4. The delivery deadline was not met.

The above complaints are valid at the time of receipt of the order. Outside of the listed cases, as well as outside of the conditions of Article 55 (paragraph 1) of the PPE, the customer has no right to refuse to pay and return a delivered shipment. If he wishes to do so, he is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid and bears the costs of transportation.

2. When the goods have been replaced upon delivery and this cannot be established at the time of delivery, the goods shall be replaced after an inspection has been carried out to establish the non-conformity, without the consumer paying additional costs.

4. In case of a manufacturing defect of the product, the conditions regulated in the provision for the legal guarantee of the PPE shall apply

5. Pursuant to Article 55(paragraph 1) of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer may exercise his rights within 14 days if he has stored the products in the form in which he received them, without using them.
